All features are available across plans — pricing is based only on the number of users in your company account.

2.2 Billing

Payments are securely processed through PayPal.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time from your account settings.

2.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data and information entered into your HitchTrack account.
By using the Service, you grant HitchTrack a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

4. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure hosting, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA).
However, no system is fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and safeguarding your login information.

5. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but may occasionally perform maintenance or updates.
HitchTrack is not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss caused by maintenance, system issues, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and code on HitchTrack are the property of HitchTrack or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services (PayPal).
HitchTrack is not responsible for any actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

Your payment is overdue.

Upon termination, your data may be deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
